1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

Careers applications – name, email, phone, availability and CV, to review your application (your consent and pre-contractual measures). Reservations – name, contact details and party size, to manage your booking (performance of a contract). Enquiries – name, email and your message, to reply to you (your consent). Browsing data – IP address, device, browser and pages visited, to operate and improve the site (legitimate interest) and for analytics and personalisation (your consent via the cookie banner).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers processing it on our behalf: Squarespace (website and hosting), CoverManager (reservations), Weglot (translation) and analytics providers where you have consented. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by applicable law.

4. How long we keep it

Job applications and enquiries: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Reservation data: as required by applicable commercial and tax law. Browsing data: as set out in our cookie settings, which you can change at any time on this site.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacy@babinski.group. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
